Want some opinions on whats the best laptop for that price cap.

I'd get yourself in the PC General forum for that one pal.
£200 isn't much a budget, maybes save your pennies a bit more and allow yourself to widen your search.
The lads will help you in that section but as mentioned, save some more money up.

200 is too cheap maybe 300-400 depending wat ur looking for

Reported it so it can be moved to the PC section so you can get more help but I recommend you save up some more money so you are not throwing £200 into a laptop that is not sufficient for your needs.
If you do just need a cheap computer then this chomebook is extremely well liked and has great reviews :

Im just looking for a laptop which can run multiple programmes smoothly, word process etc nothing major

if your going for that kind of price they will all preform relatively the same. but i would recommend a Chromebook for that price
