I could go and google this but this is a gaming forum and that means there is a bunch of gamers here. I cannot sleep, the closer it gets to MWR's release date? The less I can sleep. It is 4:30am and I can't fall asleep. At the moment I am completely free all week with nothing to do, I don't want to go out and chill with anyone. Basically I don't plan on seeing outside till maybe Sunday. What can I do to fall asleep without medication, and/or pass time quickly. I took the whole week off just for this. Just to prepare.... yup.

Turn off your bedroom lights and anything else that causes light, don't go on any devices such as phones, computers and tv's etc.

Get comfy and just lay there with your eyes close until you eventually fall asleep.

You could also read a book before bed most nights it puts your mind at rest and makes you sleep a lot easier than constantly having bright phone screens, computers or tv's etc keeping you awake.

Hope I could help.

You have a problem if cannot sleep on a regular pattern.

What is your slepping pattern e.g. Wake up at 9:00AM and sleep at 10:30PM...

Ideally 1 hour before you go to bed, you need to let your brain shut down. Have a break from any electronics get your head in a book and start reading maybes and let your brain and eyes relax. This stop the constant nerve impulses and calms your senses which should help sleep a lot easier and maybes longer.

Hope this helps!

Take a hot shower or bath, drink some warm milk, and just get comfy and watch a movie or something.
