If that doesn't resolve the problem it could be your modem or router, if they are lightly older you won't be getting in the range of that is supposed to be provided

The router was replaced with the latest model a month ago.

Afaik, it's the amount of data that you are downloading. Check your download speed and see if it is similar.

The router was replaced with the latest model a month ago.
How old is your modem, my family had ours replaced because it was outdated and speeds were incredibly faster

It normally averages around 150Mbps
Yesterday it was around 20Mbps..
and the router is the newest one released, at least 1-3 months old.
