Youre talking about Xbox Streaming on windows 10? You can record it, however you need an application which records your desktop, and it will record the gameplay and anything else.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] I've done it here, but the quality is really not the best.

Try to find an application on PC that allows you to record the desktop, recording the desktop basically records everything thats going on, so it's easy to record Xbox App gameplay.

I mean if he can hear people while streaming then I don't see why not, but ive only used it whilst playing single player, so im not 100% sure.

Personally I use shadowplay when needed, cause its Nvidia supported. Its not the best, but it gets the job done most of the time, have had the occasional issue with it though, mainly with audio/video synchronization
