Don't use PC building sites

Build your own, seriously you'll save some much money building your own, it's super simple after learning how to do it which isn't hard

Honestly build your own PC from scratch, don't use one of those site

You could upgrade the PSU again to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , a slightly better PSU but it's not necessary.

What will you actually be using the system for? Do you need a monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc? If not, what monitor are you using? Preferred colour scheme?

Alright, I wouldn't really recommend the Kraken X61 as you can get a Kelvin S36 cheaper. Also, no need for a 650W PSU unless you want SLI support, which you won't have with the Z170-A PRO anyway. So with that system, you may as well get an EVGA 550W G2 as it's better than the XFX TS 650W, and a pound cheaper. Red RAM looks a little out of place lol.

I'd go with something like this;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] / [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£290.28 @ Aria PC)
CPU Cooler: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£48.90 @ CCL Computers)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£104.72 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£66.92 @ More Computers)
Storage: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£99.95 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£44.28 @ Aria PC)
Video Card: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£379.98 @ Amazon UK)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£149.92 @ CCL Computers)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£84.76 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £1269.71

Nice matching colour scheme. Really nice, great quality case. SLI support so you can easily add a 2nd GTX 1070 at any point if you want/need. Nice cooler, but you can get an AIO instead if you wish. The Kraken X61 and Kelvin S36 are both great AIO's, a little pricey though, so here are some cheaper AIO options;

As for OS, definitely use Win10. If you need to buy your OS, you can get a key from G2A, Kinguin, /r/microsoftsoftwareswap, eBay, or somewhere else for like £25 or so.
