I just got my iphone 7, i backed up my old iphone on my itunes, do i restore backup on my new iphone when connected to itunes? I dont know how to do this, i just want my apps and photos and contacts From my old iphone to my new one

Pretty much all you do is plug your iPhone into your computer and open up itunes and just click the 'restore from backup' option under the phone tab, then it should allow you to pick the backup you created and I believe it should give you all your apps and such back that you had installed, and pictures of course.

When you plug your phone into iTunes it should as to setup as new iphone or restore from old backup. Just choose restore from backup and bam, all done!

When you restore from a back up it literally restores everything even has all your apps in the same exact location you had them on your previous device.
Some apps may not install, I've had this happen before but you can easily redownload them off the App Store.
