So ever since about a week ago my internet has been lag spiking after every 2 or so hours of gaming, and its constant like the same time every day. Before this past week it use to be completely fine and i could play for more than 2 hours without lagging, can anyone help me figure out what is the issue?

This is could be down to many different things.

Are you wireless or wired connection?

Your internet provider could also be throttling your connecting during peak times, or it could just be an issue around your area.

Do you have relatives/siblings/anyone else using the Internet?
If so, are they using services such as YouTube/Netflix or any streaming website?

As Kony said, your ISP may be throttling your connection, which is something else to look at.
