I got 5 free tokens when I paid for fifa but when i press on the download it starts up the demo. Can anyone help?

They automatically go onto the game, I thought you get the 5 tokens straight away but I'm wrong.

You get the 5 tokens over a span of 5 weeks, so 1 every week.
