I have downloaded the game disc now it is downloading the online update for the game, If I was to take the game out will the update/download for the game stop the installation please let me know as soon as possible thanks everyone!

If you're downloading an update for instance then yes, You won't need a disc in.

However if you're installing a game for instance, than yes you will.
