There is no Graphics Card because I already have one. The one I have is pretty cheap but this PC is purely for Streaming on twitch. I also have a capture card. This is around my budget but if needed I could go a little bit higher.

Oh no, that's a really illogical build. Unlocked CPU on a B150 chipset motherboard? That makes absolutely no sense. CPU cooler is a waste, no need to spend more than £15, unless you're overclocking, but in that case, you'd need a Z170 motherboard. RAM is waaayyyy over-priced. That PSU and case are terrible, there are better alternatives for a lower price.

What GPU are you using?
Do you want to overclock?

Damn, someone made this link for me. I don't think I want to overclock. I don't know what that means. My Graphics Card is a 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 (MSI). I heard that is not good but it doesn't matter. The pc is made for livestreaming on twitch @720p 30fps and a high bitrate. I am really focusing on getting the best possible CPU for my budget.

Honestly if the improvements are big I could go above my budget. But not by much. All I need is a solid twitch livestreaming PC with nice quality, no skipping frames at around that price point . Btw the link is in £ but my currency is $. My budget is 600/700$

What are you planning to livestream? Any games in particular?

Destiny, I have already build a community and 7000 twitch followers. I just want to upgrade my quality now . Destiny is 1080p 30fps. But as long as I can do 720p 30fps i'm fine

Streaming relies much more heavily on your internet connection, opposed to your hardware. Don't even bother using that GT 710. Skylake iGPU is better than a GT 710.

$100-200 left. You can get an i7-6700(not 6700k) instead of the i5 if you want. Or, you can get a GPU with this, something like a 3GB GTX 1060 can be bought for about $200, so that would put you right around the $700 mark. Or, if you want a more budget GPU, you can pick up an RX 460 for $110-$120 easily, and that would allow you to get the i7 and an RX 460 for around the $700 mark, if you wanted.

The 6600k is useless for you, forget about it. You're not overclocking, so the 6600k is a waste. The i7-6700 is the same chip as the i5-6500. The i5 just has hyperthreading disabled and a lower clock speed. So, yes, the i7-6700 is better than the i5-6500, but whether it's worth the price increase, is debatable. If you're not utilising all of the threads with the i7, it's pretty much wasted money. An i5-6500 is more than enough for streaming, since streaming relies on your internet connection mostly. It's not necessary, but even an RX 460 would be a nice addition. GPUs can help with editing/rendering and what not, if you do any of that. Plus, even if you have an entry level GPU, you can do a little bit of gaming on the system, if you decide to do so at any point. An RX 460 or something similar wouldn't go amiss, but it's not necessary.
