Hello, Farry!

Is it a desktop, or a actual laptop?

You should probably upgrade your RAM, CPU, and GPU but we don't know how much you can spend so please provide us with a budget. However it might be in your best interest to just start a new computer from scratch.

We have absolutely nowhere near enough information to work with. We need a budget and currency, at the very least. We also need to know the make and model of both your case, and PSU.

Your storage situation is pretty terrible, I'd at least add an SSD. GPU is very old, and low-end. In fact, i5-2400 iGPU might even perform better than that GPU.*

Your monitor isn't even 1080p, so I'd look in to upgrading that asap.

Your CPU is the strongest point in your system, so I'd maybe just re-use that with the mobo and RAM and build something new from scratch. You may be able to re-use case/PSU, but we don't know.

*Just checked, and yes, the i5-2400 iGPU will out-perform the GT 210 in some scenario's, maybe not in everything though.
