Tomorrow many student's will be going back to school, what are some tip's that you would give to someone going into year 7? ( I'm not year 7, I'm year 10.)

My tip is to run for your life if your pe teacher mentions the bleep test.

Bleep tests are not for UK students on US students im pretty sure as i was never made to do it.

But if you need advice for year 7 and want to make friends just be yourself and dont try and act cool to "fit in"

is the bleep test a variation of the the pacer test by any chance? Where you run back and forth across the basketball court?

Either 10th or 11th grade my friend and I took forever because we both got into the 90's

Think he beat me by 1 length. Was dead at the end.

Yes, we run forwards and backwards, the time gets shorter throughout.

Remember that your teachers are human beings too. Teacher training doesn't rid them of emotion.
If there is anything I regret most from my days in school it is that I didn't appreciate how much work teachers put in and how the gratitude and interest of one student can obliterate a day full of bad lessons.
