Error message when starting games

I tried to start Rainbow 6 siege and it come up the error message
'Sign in or renew the subscription'
Then it says underneath 'It looks like you are not signed is as the subscription hodlder for this game, sign into xbox live or renew the subscription'
My xbox live doesn't run out till Christmas so it cant be that.. does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it ?

Did you download of someone else profile? Maybe blocking the license as you will need to play it on that account unless its your home other wise in not 100% sure

Yeah as per the other user. Was this game purchased on your account? If not, then the account the purchased it switched their Home Xbox from yours to another. Thus no one can play that game anymore unless that profile is signed in or if you purchase it.
If it was purchased on your account and your gold is still good you may need to clear your console cache. While your Xbox One is on, hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds. Unplug the power from the back of the console (not the power cord that plugs into the outlet) for about 5 minutes. Then try loading the game again.
