Hey TTG,
I am a Twitch streamer at Twitch.tv/Sniperello. Recently I bought a pretty cheap pc for around $400. The problem with this pc is that I can only stream on low quality, usually 540p with 20fps and a low bitrate. I am looking to stream 720p 30fps with 2500+bitrate. My current specs are:

Inter Core i5 2400 @3.10Ghz
8 GB RAM
Hawlett-Packard 1495 motherboard
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 (MSI) graphics card
250GB SSD and 250GB sata

What do you think I will have to replace?

Edit: Btw my Upload speed is around 10MB, not the best but it should be enough for streaming 720P.

Upgrade to 16GB of RAM then with the remaining money get the best GPU you can find.
