Not too sure if people knew about this but i was only getting around 3.2mbs download speed whilst connected to the wifi. I know people cant run a ethernet cable all the way through there home so here is a easy fix to increase it. If you run a laptop/computer and change the network setting to internet sharing via ethernet then plug the ethernet into the computer then ps4. Change your network settings to LAN and then you should be getting a much higher download speed as mine jumped from 3.2mbs a second to 25mbs a second through this, hope this helped.

If you're paying for (example) 25 and you're getting 3, it may just be because of your modem. Call your internet provider and they should hook you up with one for free or low cost. We are paying for 150 and we were getting 4 in our house (which is big and that was expected at some parts of the house) but we got a new modem( we don't even own a router or extenders) and I'm getting 30 in the parts of my house that's very far away from the modem, which is pretty nice!
