Every time I download a tweak I get this like error message and most of the time it downloads and sometimes it doesn't because I can't don't load some cool stuff. The error is like red text any way i can get Cydia back working again?

If you have "App Admin" installed on your device you can try re-installing it. I've heard this can cause some issues and re-installing it should fix your issue.
