Meat without killing animals, now before I say anything this thread is not to start argument so dont flame. Im not here to argue points or ethics im just asking a question because this shit is cool and I wanna know what you guys think. So please refrain from arguing with me or anyone else, this is not a pro vegan thread(this product actually isnt even vegan) or a pro omnivore thread, this a pro science is **** awesome and this product is pretty interesting thread. Also dont shitpost just "nah lol" I want to actually talk about this, this thread is NOT to get your post count up. Stop spamming.

I hate to have a thread that is a direct link to a video to watch but this isnt my video and watching the video will actually give you a much better and less boring understanding about what this product is. In short its real 100% lab grown meat that does not require pain or killing of any animal.

Would I buy this? Maybe as a novelty thing but I would have to wait 5-10 years before buying this on a regular basis.

Side note (again)

I cant stress it enough, dont start a flame war. This is a totally neutral thread, if you dont think global warming is real cool no one cares, dont argue about it on my thread. If you think vegans are stupid smelly hippies, cool no one cares dont argue about it on my thread, if you think omnivores are stupid monsters cool no one cares dont argue about it on my thread. This thread is about the product and weather or not you think it will benefit mankind as a whole. This thread is about the advancement in man, lets talk about the products pros and cons and not argue. Thanks <3

Personally, I would not buy this over real meat. What this is doing is putting more processed food and genetically modified foods in us which are actually killing us. Not only that, but it's taking money away from farmers. I think the idea is cool, however I just would not be one to buy into it for several reasons, but the main 2 would be for less GMO foods and keeping farms in business.

If it tastes good and is found to be fine for your health (as much as real meat is), absolutely. I question how much it may be though. The less suffering/death the world has, the better.

It's a cool idea and all but the only downfall is animal would then over populate the earth and it'd be havoc.

Because factory farmed meat is harvested in pretty inhumane ways and in some cases animals are pumped with steroids etc, so I can see why a cleaner method of getting meat is on the table.

Should watch the video it actually explains... Please dont just shitpost
