getting the handsome collection today, do you get the achievements you earned from the 360?

Since you are getting the Handsome Collection and it is for Xbox One, it can be assumed that the games are not linked to each other between One and 360. So you can regain the achievements on One that you had for 360.

Also if you still have your 360 console and your Borderlands games you can upload your character through the in-game menu. Then export the save file to your One console.
