I was wondering,If I borrow Forza 6 from my friend then Install it on my xbox one then afterward buy it from the market will I need to Download the full 60 GBs or just the license since my internet speed is not that fast.

You are just buying the liscene I've done that for a couple of friends as their Internet speed is not the best

I believe you just buy the license to the game. Unless it has been updated since.
