So I'm trying to earn a rank in break out and the score board always looks the same 5-3 ending in us losing. Looking at the score board I'm usually at around 10 kills and team mates have 1 or 2 Max is their playing affecting my rank?

From ranks Bronze to Platinum only way to move up is to win no if ands or buts, same thing with Onyx with a slight adjustment for individual play, I can have a 3.1 KDR and if I loss I may go from onyx 1590 to Onyx 1586, however if I go 1.1 or worse I may go from Onyx 1590 to Onyx 1572 or worse.
