You should probably listen to her.
I'm just trying to a second opinion, doctors are not always right.

002 wrote If I work or just have my boots on for a long period on a hot day where my feet sweat, then I get little bumps like that. I might get one or two, then I pop it and within a couple days the whole arch of my foot is covered in them, and sometimes my hand will get them as well. When I went to the doctor, they did a lab and determined it a staff infection.

My doctor said it is most likely a heat rash, which you can get by just wearing poorly ventilated shoes on any given day (such as my boots) or thick socks. She said it could also be hand foot mouth disease as it has sometimes traveled to me hands, but she doubts that is the case because at the point it travels to your hands it would be in your mouth.

The best piece of advice I can give you is don't pop them. Even though they are full of fluid and might give a stinging sensation when touched, give it a couple days and they will be gone. At the point the arch of your foot is covered like how mine get, when it finally heals (after 2-3 days of no shoes or socks on), all that skin turned to dead peeling skin and often is really thick so it hurts when it comes off.
Yeah, I guess the best thing to do is just not pop it, and it will go away on its own.

Well, I'm not saying the doctor is wrong, I'm just seeing what everyone thinks about it if they might have something similar and found something that works for them.

Do you do anything during the day? Like have a job? It could be coming from that, or if you don't shower enough =p
