i was on the gta 5 forum i clicked on this car meet and it looked very nice how would i make a picture with that kind of writing on it can anyone help me [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

All it is, is text. Open up photoshop / paint and type something like 'What I am hosting', make it look nice and then save it.

Go to Tinypic and upload the image, then copy the link for forums and paste it into your new thread.
