If you look in the forum member list or members celebrating birthdays, you will often find profiles like this ALL_hEAd_NO_NEk
It's the people who make an account and never get on TTG again. Out of the 1 million members on TTG about a quarter of accounts are like this. Last visited Feb, 7 2010.
Pretty much wasting their time.

The fact that you went out of your way to see when a member joined and last visited shows that you put way too much effort into it that what needs to be. Just leave it be, there might be a reason why people are inactive such as a lost password, life changes, or just forgot their account.

I don't really see why you came upon yourself to look at certain accounts and see if they're inactive or not. But hey, we all do things like that when we literally have nothing else to do.
