To answer your request:
a) You'll need to be on Xbox 360.
b) You'll need to find someone who would be willing to waste a KV on it. I don't know if Microsoft is beginning to turn a blind eye to the 360 now or not, but we used to get near insta-banned when connecting to Live.
If you meet the criteria, there will be someone in the Xbox 360 modding sub-forum section who will probably help you out.

Go on se7ensins, their halo modding is slightly more active than here.
