Main uses - Everyday use, school, work, minecraft, other casual online games

Also BestBuy only I have 200$ in giftcards

Neither, build your own. Much cheaper and you could get way better specs for that price range.

Considering bestbuy have components for PCs, you can use those gift cards to buy them and other places for other parts.

Im sure someone in the PC Building section can make you a build using bestbuy and other places.

What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?
