My car isn't at Mors Mutual Insurance or the impound, I don't know where it could be

If you car is not located in ANY of your garages, or the insurance place, then you can try and restart your console/GTA, or find a new session. If you still can find your missing car, then you may want to fill out a ticket at the Rockstar Support page for your issue, and wait for a response. Hope you can get your car(s) back! :bigups:

If it's not in any garage, insurance lot, impound lot, it's probably gone for good. I lost 3 cars this way, rockstar won't do a thing because there's no proof.

thanks I'll try that he now, it's strange it was like my car disappeared or something like that but I'll try what you said and see if it works, it's actually so frustrating because it was my zentorno that is now gone.

I do sort of have proof, I when I phone my mechanic next to my zentorno it says "(Scrapped)"

I managed to fix it sort of... I apparently didn't have full coverage on my car so it got destroyed and didn't get replaced
