OhDiegoCosta wrote You can't really go wrong with by dressing smart, honestly. Dressing casual whilst everyone else is in smart, that's what you need to avoid (been through that last month).

Go with a shirt and trousers, always does the job.

As for interview content, I can't be specific as graphic design isn't my interest and so I have no experience but knowing your motivations, understanding what they expect you to know at this level and having a genuine passion for the subject could be a good start. Outside of that, don't fret about it too much - You don't want to seem robotic by preparing responses to everything.

Good luck

Yeah i know ill be nervous as hell untill im actually in the interview , Then ill be fine but leading up to that im nervous as hell i dont know why , Last year i had a interview (Got accepted but then decelined it because of other reasons) i was shitting myself , I got into the interview and loved it because it was just talking about something i love with someone else who loves the subject too , Hopefullys its the same here , Thanks for the advice both.

I wouldn't worry about what they are going to ask you - don't worry about it the answers will come naturally if you have picked the right degree, and they know their candidates will be nervous, they won't reject you on that! If you are truly passionate about graphic design, and have done the work outside the classroom there is nothing they can ask you that will leave you um-ing and err-ing.

Remember at the end of the day they want you to go to their university, they aren't going to try to make you slip up, they just want to be able to evaluate how much you are suited to the degree.

Mr. Costa has also raised a great point of dress code, its not like they will think badly of you for dressing smart, where as theres a chance they will if you rock up in Lonsdale trackies and a McKenzie cap on..

Good Luck mate wish you all the best in the interview, sure you'll smash it

Btw in terms of dress code i have no intentions of going in trackys xD , Im planning on maybe going in tan shoes (Fairly smart) , Some smart (For jeans anyway) indigo jeans , A plain grey t shirt and a black jacket , Smart but simple as.

Something like that but a tee shirt instead of jumper (Or i could wear a jumper) , Thats not me btw just found it and its pretty much identical to what im thinking of wearing xD.

It seems stupid to worry about what your wearing but thats what im like haha xD

That'll do fine mate, also one last point - perhaps find a few examples of graphic designers you like, and perhaps tell them a little about how they may have provoked you to want to pursue graphic design, even if thats bollocks, Uni's love it, I used people i'd never heard of before for Economics and they lapped it up ;)
