Ok so here are the two choices with everything included + price.
Refurbished Xbox One w/ Kinect
+Ryse
+Dance Central
+ 1 free game (Destiny)
for $359.99 CDN
or
Xbox One Bundle w/o Kinect
+ Assassin's Creed Unity
+ Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
+ 1 free game (Destiny)
+ 3 year warranty from Microsoft (Someone offered to buy it for me, not available with refurbished model)
for $399.99 CDN
Thoughts? I am leaning more towards to more expensive bundle because of the warranty, brand new console, and better quality games in my opinion.

I saw way better deals in the "xbox 360 marketplace" forum. I would go there first.

it depends what games you like, for me I would choose the second bundle that you listed (the one without kinect) For me I don't see a point in the kinect.
