"I don't know how much ram I have"

Don't buy from this moron.

Integrated graphics.

Looks like someone put a cheap PC in a nice case and didn't even know to install the I/O shield. PSU looks trash and there is no discrete graphics card. He doesn't even mention specific components. Another moron, don't bother.

Old slow laptop.

Conclusion: Best to build it yourself. If you have $500, that's plenty.

I only have $425 and I don't want to spend all of it. What are some good parts for cheap?

Buying a PC marked as a "gaming computer" on that budget will just get you a old machine or a slow piece of junk that won't play anything.

Post the budget you are willing to spend on a machine and someone will put some parts together.

NOTE YOU ARE BUYING ON CRAIGSLIST TRY BUYING PARTS AND BUILDING YOUR OWN. NEWEGG.COM ALSO you can try buying a pre-built one but if you are on craigslist you mightbe slightly "slower" than others

If you only have $425, why are you looking at a $450 laptop on craiglist?

Slightly over your $425 budget, but here;
