I have noticed this community has started to go backwards, so I'm going to try and get back to what everyone was capable of doing a few months ago. It seems almost everyone has no idea how to flash there nand. I'm not sure if I can put download links on ttg anymore so I'm not going to you can go on google and find either program in seconds. If you get lost at any point post below and I will try to get into more detail.

Flash 360 (used to dump and flash your new nand)

I had to steal the images from another source because I don't have a xbox anymore.

1. Put Flash 360 on your hdd (I put it inside of a folder called Flash 360 to keep my hdd clean)

2. Once you have launched Flash360.xex it should look like this

3. To dump your nand you press "X" you will see this
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

4. Press "A" to save your nand after you press "A" you will see the image below just press anything to continue

5. Now press "back" 2 times to exit Flash 360. The folder you have Flash 360 in now had a dump of your nand take that to your computer.

6. Once you have dumped your nand move down to the 360 flash tool tutorial

Now that you have built your new nand with your kv it's time to flash it to your nand.

7. Next you want to put the nand you built in with the folder you have Flash 360 in.

8. Launch Flash 360 and press "A"

9. This is the part where I'm kind of foggy on I always pushed "B" then when that was done I would press "A"

10. When both are done press back 2 times and there will be a countdown from 5 and your console will shutdown. (I always pull the power cord out of the back of the xbox right as it hits 0 just because that's how I was taught how to do it)

360 Flash tool

1. If this is your first time opening 360 Flash tool you will see the image bellow (If not go to settings then press keys) Check CPU-Key and put your consoles CPU key in the box and press ok

2. Under Open File press the ... This will open a windows explorer. Find your consoles nand and open it

3. You don't need this step if you don't need your dvd drive to work
With your nand open in 360 Flash tool press patch in the bottom left corner. Take a screen shot or copy down this info for later.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

4. Now press import
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

This screen will pop up. You check kv and press the ... next to the text box

Find your kv press open then press ok

Once you press ok another windows explorer box will open. Save this as updflash.bin (this is your new nand with your new kv on it)
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

You can go back up to Flash 360 tutorial and start at step 7 if you don't want your DVD drive to work.

5. Open the updflash you just made.

6. Notice the DVD key is different this is where the info form the first nand comes in. press patch in the lower left corner. check Patch Key Vault and put in the Region, DVD Key, and OSIG to your console

7. I'm not sure if it does this or not, but it may ask you to save again. If it does save as updflash.bin if now the one you have opened is now ready to go back on the xbox and your DVD drive still works.
