If I buy a RGH from the USA will it work in the UK?

The US and UK is where the seller is located. So you don't have to worry about international shipping.
The power supply might be a little different wattage though.

Say if i lived in the UK and I purchased an RGH from a US Dealer.. The power cable would be a different size due to EU having different plugs, right?

Consoles are mostly the same besides NTSC/PAL differences which wont even matter if you use VGA or HDMI / DVI connections

As for power, no difference at all, just make sure you get a UK power supply (power brick)
