Everything was working just fine with my hard drive, but since I've gotten my ssd, this pops up anytime I try to bout from it. I can select it from the bios and it works. I formatted my HDD and the data settings are set to ahci mode.

When I try to boot like I normally should be able to, I get a black screen with (title related) and sometimes my USBs don't turn on with it.

So what you are saying is that it only works when you select the boot device from bios?

That's how it was going, yes, but windows had an update and needs to be restarted. Now any time I try to boot into windows, I get a bluescreen.

I figure it might have something to do with my bios settings, but I can't find where to reset them to the default settings. I have an MSI B75MA-E33

For the meantime, I'm running Xubuntu from my flash drive.

Waiting for almost 4 hours. Anything I find online doesn't help. My ssd is not set as a boot disk in diskpart. How do I change it?
