All these people on GTA 4 going faster than usual in cars with flames coming out the back , somehow exploding them and have unlimited health, im feeling left out as im like the only person in the lobby who cant do any of that. How do you do/get it??

You would have to have a modded ISO disk, as well as open up your xbox and hotswap if you'd like.

Are you being serious or just trolling here? GTA mods have been around for years and you are just now noticing them?

To mod Grand Theft Auto you need an ISO Disk, You need to be able to take apart your Xbox360 and you need to Hotswap.

Taking apart your Xbox:
