Not true. That is shocking and will be given in evidence in court. The Police officer who kicked him in the head will 100% be stripped of his right to serve for the police force and possibly some jail time. The guy will also be seeing a very wealthy cheque. The guy was sitting down and not resisting arrest. He was also posing no threat to any of the police officers. It could have been argued up until that kick. That police officer just sealed his own fate. Hope his wife and kids appreciated a power hungry ******* who can't put food on the table.

Some police officers have gotten away with police brutality. I know he is going to lie to try and make it seem like he had too. I remember watching a video where a cop planted coke on a suspect because he was black(Yes a racist cop planting drugs and it was caught on the cops car camera but the cop only got suspend for about a week.) The person who had the drugs planted on him did go to jail but was released after the evidence was looked into.

That is unbelievable! I'm definitely going to search for that. That was a stomp though, not even a kick, it was with the bottom of his boot. A kick of any kind to the head cannot be justified, especially as he was already cuffed and still being tased. I hope that potential murderer gets some jail time. It's really pissed me off!

Oh yeah I agree he could of died right there plus if his temple was hit he could have died or gone into some major shock. I'll look for the video as well and post it here if I find it.

Cops actions were justified. He was obviously under the influence and he wasn't listening to the cops orders, for example the cop told hum to put his hands behind his back and he start acting aggresive. There's a lot of police brutality cases but this isn't one of them.
