For 40 and I'm wondering what the compatibility of the thing is in reguards to building up a gaming pc, I'm a budget kind of guy and don't want to spend a lot.
Haven't built a pc since I was sixteen and took I.t maintenance. (now 23) basically I want to only buy what I have to, so If I need a new motherboard I'll buy a new motherboard, I have 2 gb of ram currently and I was looking at getting four maybe more if I can
I know I will need a graphics card and I'm not sure if this motherboard will take one, tried an nvidia one didn't work. i am looking at getting an i5 processor and probably a better heatsync. Uhm
Anyhow I kind of know what I will need but I need advice and if anyone knows anything about this model which I know is old then that'd be good.

I know it's going to be a push if I can manage it at all but I'm not a massive pc gamer and I want something that just pushes through and runs without lag rather than a beast. And I'm not sure how do-able it even is with this pc as a starting point.

Thanks <3

I can find most things pretty cheap where I am, there's a good pre-owned market here (cex) where I can basically get an i7 processor, a 650 graphics card and probably a decent motherboard (if I need one) for under 300
I just have no idea what's good I'm really looking to spend as little as possible and I can't find specs on what is comparable with my motherboard.
I guess I don't want to go over 300 ish but Im going cheap pre-owned. Lol.
Cheers for the reply by the way
