1. New? No, they released this on their official Facebook a while back.
2. Yes it's real, they officially announced a fully explorable sea with scuba gear and sea life a while ago as well.

I'm excited for stuff to be in the water besides oysters like there was in San Adreas. I'm really excited for this game.

For those on Xbox. Feel free to add my GT so when it comes out we can play and talk I get bored playing alone x3

They had ocean creatures in San Andreas...they swam away when you got close, but there were more things than the Oyster collectables.

Well Im sorry for the "New" tag. My source I got it from was not reliable. Instead of saying "Lul Faget u r sch a nub! It came out so lng ago"(A little bit of an over exaggeration but still thought it was needed), just say it isn't new man. Maybe I took your comments the wrong way and if so I am sorry, but otherwise I hope you guys enjoyed the post.
