Has anyone experienced a glitch where the zombie shield was unbreakable on your back (i.e you could still shoot, knife etc). i somehow did this around a week ago and have no idea how i did it. i've looked online and i can't only find where you wield the shield and can't shoot or travel anywhere without it messing up.

Has anyone done this and know how to replicate this glitch or has it already been patched?
