When you tried the recovery disc did you change the boot device in the bios to your DVD drive?

Hey you could try put win7 on a memory stick and just clear everything off, on win7 it gives you the option to keep photos/videos so you will not loosing anything.

it seems as if you are trying to netboot with no image/server for the Ethernet card to find, in bios make sure that your first priority boot option is the HDD the second Your usb and the third be netboot via Ethernet/broadcom.

Go into the BIOS settings at boot up. Disable the option to boot from network. That will get rid of the error messages. The Broadcom PXE ROM is the internal network card's bios ROM. When your laptop got repaired, the laptop's BIOS settings were returned to their defaults.

EDIT:

Now It has changed the message and It just says:

"No bootable device -- Insert boot disk and press any key"

if you have already done a clean install and are now having this issue you may want to make sure that your mbr and OS have installed correctly also if you are trying to restore/get into a previously installed windows and bios is not detecting your HDD you may want to live boot off a usb into ubuntu or Trinity Recovery kit and see if you can mount the Hard drive while running off the usb and see if the filesystem is intact just to see if its a bios/MBR issue or if your Hard drive has died .
