THousandland cuts, jsut go down the stairs and there will be a door in a cave that cost 4 eridium to get through.

As soon as you enter Thousand Cuts, you want to head straight ahead to the first building you come to and turn right and run all the way around the house. You should come to a set of stairs. Go all the way down and pay 4 Eridium to enter. ^_^

After you have beat the game, you will get the side mission, if its completed you can still do it, go to Thousand Cuts and walk forward until you are near a town, then go to the right and there will be a bridge, don't go across it, on the left side of the bridge you will find a staircase to go down, go down it and there will be a temple place to place 4 eridium, after placing 4 eridium, the rocks will move and will open up a travel zone to Terramorphous's Lair and there you go. Hope I helped.
