I'm not going to pay 17k for it. I'm looking to get down to about 15,500.

Just wondering why? You'd need to reserve so much money just for gas, on top of that its 104k miles and it's old. It's so easy to get a cleaned car, a few hundred dollars can get you a brand new looking engine, but what's under it is just really old and used.

I'm just wondering why choose that truck, if you can get a 1500 06 with half less miles for 15k?
Plus it would save gas money, which for that truck is probably a few thousand a year.
I understand that but this is what I want, and a 1500 is not what I'm looking for. 104k is not a lot at ALL for a cummins. If you can see the engine is damn clean in the picture if you looked at it and the interior is flawless. The car I have now get 20 city and 22 mpg highway. That truck gets 18 city and 20 mpg highway and anywhere from 20-22 if you chip it or program it. I get that diesel is more expensive but that is what I have wanted.

Nowhere near 15k in which you're planning on buying. Even with flawless interior you're better off buying one with 100k miles and shitty interior and fixing the interior yourself. The car could be bought for 7k and the interior can be bought for like 2k max.

I just can't believe you're going to spend that much money on a clunker lol
But hey it's your choice, hopefully you can rethink purchasing it for 15k

Not trying to be the "that guy" but you will probably spend more money on transmissions and front ends for them cummins. Sad, but its the truth

I don't really trust those websites that value your car without even seeing it in person. I know a lot of people that actually do, but I don't. It's not a clunker at all either lol. Just because it's 11 or so years old doesn't make a car junk. Those diesels will outrun many new cars on the market now. I know you'll disagree with me but to me, it's true. I also need it for what I do which is haul loads like enclosed trailers and I have a boat also.
