Here is a little TuT I found since I don't play minecraft

Step by Step
1. Configure your USB flash drive with your xbox
2. Load up Minecraft
3. Select Play Game
4. It should ask you to choose a device, Choose your USB
5. Make a New World
6. Once Made Save the world and quit
7. Move your USB to your computer make sure you have horizon downloaded
8. Open Horizon
9. On the right side of the window you should see Device explorer
10. Click On it
11. You should see a folder that says Games, Double click it
12. You should see Minecraft, Double Click it
13. You should see the world you created, Double click it
14. Now, Drag and drop the world you want to download to your xbox into horizon
15. Now, Copy the Profile ID, the Device ID, and the Console ID from the world you created and paste it into the world you dragged and dropped into horizon
16. Once you have done that click Save, Rehash, and Resign on the world you dragged and dropped into horizon
17. Make sure that everything saved
18. Plug your USB back into your xbox
19. Load up Minecraft and pick your USB device again
20. The world you downloaded should show up and you should be able to play it
