YOu are now infected. To get these infections to work Press B up A to
back out to the spec ops menu.
Open up Two player online, press B and you are at the checkerboard menu.
Invite a Friend, and there you go.

SPEC OPS MODS CONTAING NOCLIP, GODMODE, AND OTHER DVARS AND BINDS ARE NOT INFECTABLE. ONLY THE HOST CAN DO THESE.
HOWEVER, THE CAMPAIGN MAP IS INFECTABLE. THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW THREADS HOSTING ACTUAL INFECTIONS THAT DO WORK.
I REPEAT, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS INFECTABLE NOCLIP, MODMENU, OR GOD MODE. OTHER TOPICS ARE LIEING TO YOU.!
