Info: Survive Agent Diagnostics and earn deployment into Pacific City
Firstly you want to start your own campaign, this cannot be completed or achieved on co-op.
This is done at the very beginning of the game, as an intro. Basically it is teaching you the controls and play of the game.
You will go through everything and at the end you will jump into a car, shortly after you will unlock the achievement.
Make sure you don't miss this intro part of the Campaign, as you need to complete this to earn the Achievement.
If you missed this part by chance, you will need to restart the game with a new campaign and new agent or character.
