How To Mod Your ClanTag On COD: MW2 (Xbox360)
What you will need:
Xbox 360
COD: MW2
USB Flash Drive (1GB or bigger)
Computer
HxD Editor
Horizon
Download Programs here:

Here Are The Steps:
Step 1: Put your clantag as a four letter word Ex(CLAN) Go to an online match get a kill or kill yourself (so the clantags sticks)
Step 2: Put the USB Flash drive in your XBOX 360.Then go to settings and click system, then click storage and then click your USB Storage Device.(configure you USB FLASH DRIVE if you have not done that... here is how you do it)
Click on USB Storage Device(or what ever you named your USB Flash Drive) Click Configure Now. A message will pop up saying "This will remove all content on the devive and confirgure it for Xbox 360 storage. Do you want to continue?" just click YES. Then it will configure, this is going to take a few minutes. When it is done another message will pop up saying "Your device is ready, and meets Xbox 360 performance recommendations". Just click ok. Your USB FLASH DRIVE is configured.
Then move your account to the USB FLASH DRIVE. (If you can not move the account to the Usb Flash Drive, Then download the profile and try it again).
Step 3:Make sure you are signed out of the account and then unplug the Usb Flash Drive from the Xbox 360, and plug it into your Computer.
Step 4: Open up Horizon and open HxD Editor. When Horizon opens up there should be an arrow
click the arrow and the Usb Flash Drive should show.
Click on Gamer Profiles. Your account will be there. Right click on your account and click Extract File Save the file to your desktop.(Make a folder called "Back Up" and drag the file into the folder") Then go back to Horizon and Right click on your account and click Extract File. Save the file to your desktop(This time do NOT put the file into a folder).
Step 5: Now drag the file that is on the desktop(Not the one in the folder)into HxD Editor. Now click "Search" then click "Find" and type in CLAN(or what ever 4 letter word you set your ClanTag as)It will look like this: Click OK!
Click in front of the blue box and type what ever you want(It has to be 4 letters or less)
ClanTag Ideas:
Unbound: {Put Two Letters Here} Ex. {iC}
Curse words: Any 4 letter curse word
When you are done the letters should be in RED not BLUE.Then click file save. Close HxD Editor. After the file is saved another file will appear on your desktop. It has the same name as your file but has ".bak" at the end.
Step 6: Now go back to horizon and right click on your account again and click "Inject File" and inject the file.DO NOT INJECT THE .BAK FILE TO YOUR FLASH DRIVE!INJECT THIS FILE: A message will pop up click yes.
Step 7: Double click on your account and a screen should pop up Click "Save, Rehash, and Resign" Click that twice Then close Horizon.
Step 8: Unplug the USB Flash Drive from your computer. Plug it back into your Xbox 360. Go back to settings and click system, then click storage and then click your USB Storage Device. Your account should be on the USB Flash Drive(If not re-download your account.) Move your account back to your harddrive.
Step 9: Load COD: MW2(without signing in) go to the main menu and when it asks you to sign in "Sign in" Then go to multiplayer and click Xbox Live. Your ClanTag Should be "Unbound or what ever you changed it to".

It won't work for me. I go followed all of the steps 100%. I'm not an idiot, I know how to do all of these things. After I went on MW2 and saw the clan tag wasn't changed, I followed the steps again. Then I went on MW2 and checked again, but this time there was no clan tag. I tried a third and 4th time and it still has no clan tag. So I took the account file that is supposed to have the edited clan tag and put it into the HEX editor and searched for the clan tag I had entered to be on MW2 and I found it right where it's supposed to be... So does anyone know the problem here? Thanks.
