This is how to make flashing/moving Text animation in Photoshop.
1. Open Photoshop
2. Click New & Create A file size you want TTG Avatar Size (150x150px) TTG Signature Size(428x60px)
3. Click Animation in the bottom left of photoshop
4. Click The Text tool
5. Type your text of your preference
6. Go down to animation and duplicate the layer in the Animation (animation has its own duplicate button at the bottom)
7. Duplicate 7 or 8 different layers maybe even less if you want
8. Change each animation layer a different color
9. Click the play button to see if it came out good
10. Now to move it Click on one layer and move it left or right or up or down then click the second one and move it somewhere else and on and on.
11. Once you are done go to Save For Web and Devices Or just Save for Web and in the top right where it says Preset
12. Change Pre-set to GIF 64 No Dither
13. Save,Upload, and your done!
