The easiest one to find is on one of the Ragnarok levels. Right as you spawn, look up and you will see a box at the top of one of the trees, simply shoot at it. Unlocked by finding a RvB Easter Egg in Spartan Ops

You can find several of these throughout Spartan Ops.

The easiest one to find is on one of the Ragnarok levels. Right as you spawn, look up and you will see a box at the top of one of the trees, simply shoot at it. The achievement will pop up right then.
