Items and tools needed
1.A xbox compatible USB (item)
2.USB explorer (program)
3.Code9999 (folder)
What to do
1.Plug your USB into your computer.
2.Start up USB explorer and click open device.
3.Go under data partition and under content make a new file called 0000000000000000(16 zeroes).
4.Put the code9999 folder under 0000000000000000 and close drive then your done.

ItzDopeey Do you need a jtag? :L
XeX menu can only be used to JTAG's. On a retail you should be able to get it to show up for a split second but that's as far as you will get.
