Step 1. Talk to Lisa

Step 2. Drive to the Nuclear Power Plant

Step 3. Get as far away from the Alien Car as possible, to diminish the red bar

Step 4. Continue to drive to the power plant

Step 5. Climb into the power plant second story

All done! Just like that you've completed level 49! Below are some tips to help you out.

Tips - Cutting across corners and grassy plains will help to save time
There are many shortcuts which are useable throughout the mission, they can be seen in the video below
To escape the alien car quickly, take many turns. This will get you far away from the car very quickly
Getting into the second story of the power plant will require you to climb up the broken structure!
