Step 1. Talk to Snake

Step 2. Chase Chief Wigam's Vehicle

Step 3. Repeatedly ram his car to destroy it

Step 4. collect the evidence

Step 5. Talk to Snake

Step 6. Drive to "Bowlarama"

Step 7. Chase the Milk truck and repeatedly ram it to destroy it

Step 8. Talk to Snake

All done! Simple rite?

Tips - Build up as much speed as possible when ramming the vehicles. This will cause more damage and destroy them quicker
Ram the vehicles into other objects like walls, buildings and cars. This will cause significantly more damage and will destroy the vehicles much quicker
