Step 1. Complete the starting prologue (The part in Cuba)

Step 2. When Micheal says the chose one of the men in the other room, select the arsonist

Step 3. Leave the compound and walk over to the bushes next to the gates

Step 4. Command your Arsonist to set fire to the bushes

Step 5. When they have burned down, walk into the hidden area and walk into the red icon

Step 6. The upgraded (Lvl 2) Magnum will now be unlocked, hence the 'Gun Smuggler' achievement also being unlocked!!

That's it, This achievement can be unlocked within the first 5 Minutes of gameplay & is great to add to your ever growing list of achievements.
